Participants progress through a series of stations designed to challenge on a multitude of levels: cardiovascular, strength and balance. Anything is fair game in this class. From jump rope to planks, pushups to pikes- you can expect to be dripping in a sweaty smile by the end of the hour. Expect the unexpected: challenges, races and the occasional competitive obstacle course! Various levels of each exercise are demonstrated and encouraged, making it suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
